This product is mainly used in: drone shell, automobile carbon fiber parts, carbon fiber bicycle rims, aerospace parts. Steps to be used: laying the prepreg on the negative mold → placing the air bag → straightening the air bag → laying the prepreg again → closing the mold → on the molding table → blowing the air molding. Subject to high temperature and high pressure molding, the gas bag surface tension is small (the material comes with a release), can be easily extracted, the gas bag is convenient to use and operate, solving the problem of shaped hollow carbon brazing dimensional parts molding process.
At the same time, due to some composite parts structure, performance specificity (high strength requirements, not good lap laying) 3D internal mold shaped airbag can meet the process requirements, 3D internal mold shaped airbag is a surface with a certain degree of hardness, can be directly on the surface of the airbag for the pre-preg cloth laying or winding, molding can be pressurized extension of the airbag to achieve the outer mold with the common extrusion molding. The rigid airbag has the advantages of strong structure, easier lay-up operation, and self-release. Carbon fiber prepreg
Use of raw materials: 
Carbon fiber tow.
Epoxy resin. 
Butanone MEK (dilution). 
Release paper
Operation method: In the weaving machine, the carbon fiber yarn beam soaked, pre-mixed with a good concentration of epoxy resin, through the roller weaving into a cloth, attached to the release paper, cut the appropriate angle, static about 2~3 angels MEK volatilization, and then proceed to the next step of the process.

Preparation for molding
Raw material: 
Carbon woven prepreg.
Nylon tube film.
Method of operation: Cut the carbon fiber fabric into appropriate specification layer, wrap the nylon tube film into the inner layer and roll it into strips, make up the joints appropriately, and measure a certain round diameter, then it will be completed.

Hot pressing molding
Raw material: Carbon material ready for molding
Operation method: Place the rolled carbon fiber raw material in the mold, send it to the hot press furnace for heating, the reserved nylon tube film with air compressor into the air to a certain pressure, heating for about 20 ~ 30 minutes, take out to cool down, that is, the completion of the first embryo of the feather shoots.

The inspection of the quality of the embryo
After the embryo is molded, it must go through strict inspection before continuing the processing of the latter part to ensure the overall quality.
Inspection contents: whether the appearance is damaged, whether the structure molding is abnormal, whether the weight and balance point are in accordance with the specification. The most important thing is whether the strength and compression resistance are qualified, and the initial embryo of each racket has to go through a pressure test for strength. 

Drill threading holes
Unify the specification of the first embryo after passing the inspection, use the drilling mold and high carbon steel drill bit to drill the holes one by one. The operator must be careful operation, if there is a hole error, the whole branch will be scrapped!

Grinding
Grinding before painting can increase the surface brightness and smoothness when painting, but excessive polishing may damage the surface structure of the racket, the best practice is to reduce the grinding works, which is the goal of racket manufacturing.

Painting
Painting is the same function as wearing clothes, focusing on color matching and pattern design, but also taking into account personal preferences, so manufacturers have a variety of pattern designs to attract different consumers.

Assembly
The finished racket is punched with a press to make the eyelets on the line, cut neatly, adjust the weight and balance point, then wrap the racket's grip skin and do another pressure test, then a high-quality racket is born.

Packing
Pack the completed racket according to the customer's requirement, attach the accessories and racket cover, and then pack the racket to be shipped out of the factory.
