An EVOH odor-proof bag is not just a "thickened plastic bag"; it is a precision-engineered multi-layer structure. The Japanese market has very clear requirements for kitchen waste bags: no odor, no leakage, no breakage. Let us explain, from a production perspective combined with everyday scenarios, how we achieve this. We insist on a 7-layer co-extruded structure, where each layer has a distinct role. The outer layer provides puncture resistance and abrasion protection; the middle core barrier layer uses imported EVOH to block oxygen, suppressing microbial growth and locking in odors; the inner layer ensures heat sealing and waterproofing. All layers are firmly bonded with specialized adhesive resins, forming a complete barrier.

Imagine a summer kitchen: you throw in leftover braised fish, watermelon rinds, and bones, tie the bag shut, and leave it in the bin. We use 100% imported EVOH to ensure consistent barrier performance. Our workshop is strictly temperature- and humidity-controlled. Every roll of film undergoes online thickness measurement and regular sampling. But more importantly, we simulate real waste conditions: filling bags with high-oil, high-salt liquids, adding sharp objects, and placing them in a 35°C incubator for 48 hours. Then our quality inspectors use their noses and hands to check for any odor or leakage. After years of exporting to Japan, our customer return rate remains extremely low, and we have never experienced a batch return due to "lack of odor prevention."
