Flat sachet : the most common format for simple sachet filling.
Pencil case : available with or without a bottom gusset for upright presentation, the pencil case has a wide opening. The case is best in landscape format.
Bag with bottom gusset : a gusset at the bottom of the bag gives more volume.
Bag with side gussets : gussets on the side of the bag allow for greater bag volume.
Chapelet : a chain of pre-formed bags tied together for use in automatic or semi-automatic packaging machines.
Stand-up pouch: stand-up pouches allow you to stand upright on the shelf.
Bag with compartments : formation of a pouch with several welds to create compartments and the possibility of separating the pouch into several parts.
Flat-bottom pouch: flat-bottom bags often include a cardboard strip that gives the bag an open, parallelepiped shape.
Kangaroo pouch : pouch with attached or integrated pocket for dual functionality.

5. What impressive?
Customization by printing on both sides, in one or more colors. We offer different types of printing: flexo, gravure, offset, hot stamping or digital, depending on the type of bag.
Zipper : the press-to-close profile makes it easy to open and close packaging. Practical and durable, it can be integrated into or attached to the bag. A very wide range of zip fasteners is available to suit your needs (opening force, sensory, automatic alignment, etc.).
Slider : available in metal or plastic in a range of colors, the sliding closure is attractive, reusable and suitable for multiple uses.
Self-adhesive tab : permanent or repositionable closure, the adhesive tab allows easy, manual packaging.
Stopper : ideal for the Stand-Up pouch, the stopper makes it easier to place liquid or powdery products in the pouch, allowing the contents to be poured out.
Integrated metal tie (Tin-Tie) : to close the bag by adjusting its height to the contents.
Sealing accessories : these accessories are used to reseal non-reclosable bags such as wicker bags and edge-toedge bags. They are easy to use and suitable for manual packaging. Non-standard materials Standard materials Sachets sur-mesure.
7. Which finish to choose?
THE HOLE
European hole: ideal for double pegs.
Punched hole: 6 or 8 mm ideal for single pegs.
Handle: only for reinforced lip bags 80 x 20 mm.
Bundle: presenting a bundle of bags for manual or automatic packaging.
Wicket (metal bracket): bundle on a metal bracket.
Clip: bundle on one or two plastic stands.
Stapled: with or without cardboard rider.
THE PERFORATIONS
Round ventilation holes with or without cover: 4, 6 or 8 mm
Star-shaped ventilation holes (Y): ø6, ø8, ø10 mm
Micro-perforation: needle holes spaced 10 x 10 mm, used across the entire width x depth of the bag.
Customized perforation options are possible depending on specific requirements.

CUTTING
Cutting notches or laser perforations to facilitate the opening of the bag tear-off perforations: to create tamper-evident features, or to compartmentalize bags.
Cut corners: 30° or 45° cut for a 20 mm minimum flap.
SEALING
Wide or double seal: reinforced seal (ultrasonic, thermal sealing) for increased leak-proofing.
Side sealing: traditional seal.
Pegboard: specific sealing to reinforce an header and possibility to insert an added film or cardboard.
